1. General Terms

  • By accessing our website or engaging in our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

2. Services

  • Scope of Services: Wiz Kid Tech Repair offers computer diagnostics, repair, virus removal, data recovery, device setup, and maintenance services.

  • Service Estimates: All estimates provided are valid for 14 days. Prices may vary based on the complexity of the issue.

  • No Fix, No Fee Policy: If we cannot resolve the issue, no service fee will be charged, except in situations involving cleaning or part orders.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Data Backup: Customers are responsible for backing up their data prior to repair services. Wiz Kid Tech Repair is not liable for data loss during repair.

  • Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate details regarding the issues their device is experiencing.

  • Insect Infestation: Devices with visible insect infestation (e.g., cockroaches) will incur additional cleaning fees. Depending on the severity of the infestation Wiz Kid Tech Repair reserves the right to refuse service. Each customers situation will be considered on an individual basis.

4. Payments and Deposits

  • Payment Policy: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

  • Deposits: Some services may require a deposit for parts or extensive repairs. Deposits are non-refundable once parts are ordered.

  • Unpaid Invoices: Devices will not be released until full payment is received.

5. Warranty and Liability

  • Service Warranty: We provide a 30-day warranty on repair services for the same issue. Warranty excludes physical damage, liquid spills, or additional issues arising post-repair.

  • Third-Party Parts: Wiz Kid Tech Repair is not responsible for defects in third-party parts supplied by the customer.

  • Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. Wiz Kid Tech Repair is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

6. Device Abandonment

  • Abandonment Policy: Devices not picked up within 30 days of service completion will be considered abandoned. Wiz Kid Tech Repair reserves the right to dispose of or sell abandoned devices to recover service costs.

7. Privacy

  • All customer information collected during service is kept confidential. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes will be handled within Delaware County, Indiana.
